Elizabeth (Liz) Green

Liz Green, OTR/L has 23 years of experience as an occupational therapist (OT) in a variety of clinical settings. Her passion is to empower neurodistinct individuals in meeting self-directed goals that promote meaningful participation in work, school and life. She also has a certificate in DEI for HR through Cornell University. By combining advanced expertise as an OT with an HR concentration in DEI, Liz has created the first ever neurodiversity consultancy model focused on implementation of neuroinclusion principles across the employee life-cycle that do not hinge on disclosure. She has spoken at regional and national conferences, including Society for HR Managers (SHRM), Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado (OTAC) and College Autism Network (CAN). She is also heavily involved in neurodiversity education in the cybersecurity space, including institutions/groups such as National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Community Coordinating Council, Sunshine Cybersecurity Conference, Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), Cybersecurity Skills Journal, CompTIA, SANS, and Cyber Guild. Liz is also a senior fellow for the Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT), which serves the business interest of 65,000 U.S. minority technology businesses.

Clare Bertrand

Clare Bertrand is Link’s co-founder with two decades of experience building products and platforms in service of economic advancement for all. She is working with Link to grow and increase Link’s impact with employers of influence to create and support the implementation of sustainable neuroinclusive environments. She leverages practical business strategy to operationalize and execute Link Solutions, with a focus on business development, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. In past roles, she co-founded a career navigation edtech platform and has led national initiatives with workforce development and education partners focused on persistence and retention within career pathways. Clare holds a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Education Entrepreneurship from the The Wharton School and Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Gender and Women’s Studies from Trinity College Dublin. She serves on the boards of two national non-profits: Eskolta Research and Design and ConnectEd: The National Center for College and Career.

 

Anna Kovach

Anna Kovach, MS, OTR/L completed her masters in occupational therapy at Sacred Heart University after completing an accelerated bachelors in biology with a minor in psychology. Anna is passionate about creating positivity and inclusivity in all spaces and has volunteered for many inclusive programs from a young age. She has experience in school settings, early intervention, telehealth, and travel occupational therapy. She values utilizing a strengths-based approach and is looking forward to expanding advocacy opportunities in the neurodiverse space. Outside of occupational therapy, Anna enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, and pursuing new hobbies.

 

Karina Klenchik

Karina Klenchik, M.S., OTR/L, has 15 years of experience working with the pediatric population in diverse settings, including education and healthcare. As an experienced SHRM-certified professional in human resources, she has successfully optimized employee performance through thoughtful modifications and accommodations. Passionate about integrating her HR and OT expertise, Karina is dedicated to creating tailored solutions that foster success for neurodistinct individuals.

 

Andra Stormer

Dr. Andra (“Andi”) Stormer, OTD, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people live life to their fullest through facilitation of health and well-being and optimal participation in meaningful life pursuits and activities. She holds both doctorate and master of science degrees in occupational therapy and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her clinical focus has been helping individuals living with injuries from motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, other neurological conditions, ADHD, and Autism. She is especially skilled at helping clients with personalized goal setting, motivation, and goal attainment. Andi is also a certified personal fitness trainer and has worked in the health and wellness industry in many capacities, including coaching, training, sales, and management. The focus of her post-professional doctorate program at the Medical University of South Carolina was on client-centered outcome measurement, online teaching and trainings, program development, population health, and visionary leadership. Andi is excited to be working with, and advocating for, the neurodistinct population through a strength-based approach. In addition to her passion for her work, Andi enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets. 

 

Erin McQuaid

Dr. Erin McQuaid is an occupational therapist with 25 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings working with diverse populations. As a neurodistinct individual herself, one of her passions in practice is inclusion through universal design. She earned her post professional doctorate in occupational therapy and her CAPS from Tufts University and her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. She is a certified executive coach and as a lifelong learner, is pursuing a CAGS in Advanced Management and Entrepreneurship at Babson College.

Erin has an extensive history coaching individuals and consulting with institutions. She serves as a subject matter expert for several startup companies in program and product design and development. She is also a member of the non-profit Board of Directors of Kipekee (Unique in Swahili), an initiative dedicated to empowering autistic adults with the resources and community.

Erin grew up in Boston as the youngest of six children and is sure this has led to her ability to be a collaborative problem-solver. She loves to travel to new places with her husband and son but also loves to spend time at home with her family and friends!

 
 
 
 

Lindsey Carter

Dr. Lindsey Carter, OTD, OTR/L, QMHP-C in an occupational therapist with specialization in pediatric and adolescent mental health. She has a bachelor’s degree in public health and both a masters and doctorate degree in occupational therapy.

Lindsey is also certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children in Virginia and in the Safe and Sound Protocol. With over 6 years of experience and training, Lindsey is passionate about supporting the transition between high school and college and executive functioning using a trauma-informed, affirming approach. Lindsey has presented at several state and national conferences, including the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association (VOTA) and American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and provided adjunct instruction for the Virginia Commonwealth University Occupational Therapy Department.

 

Veda Collmer

Veda Collmer, OTR/L, JD, CIPP/US is an experienced occupational therapist and health law attorney, with over 20 years dedicated to occupational therapy and 14 years in health law. She is the founder of Autism Services for Teens and Young Adults, an organization committed to supporting autistic teens as they transition into adulthood. Through her combined expertise in healthcare, legal compliance, and therapeutic practice, Veda provides valuable guidance to teens, young adults, and their families, helping them navigate this pivotal stage with confidence and support.

 

Dominique (Domi) Boesch

Dominique (Domi) Boesch, MOT, OTR/L earned her undergraduate degree in Health Science with minors in Psychology and Disability Studies from Truman State University in Missouri. She then completed her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Colorado State University.

Domi has extensive experience in pediatric outpatient clinics, telehealth, early intervention, parent and family education, and pediatric home health, working with children and young adults from birth to 21 years old. She takes a strength-based approach and incorporates trauma-informed care and neurodiversity-affirming practices into her work. Passionate about mental health and wellness, Domi is dedicated to helping her clients engage in the activities that are most meaningful to them and supporting their ability to live life to the fullest.

Fun Fact: Originally from Switzerland, Domi moved to the U.S. at a young age and is fluent in Swiss-German. She still frequently visits Switzerland to see family. Now based in Colorado, she enjoys snowboarding, camping, hiking with her dog, and traveling.

Diagnosed with Asperger’s at 54, Tim Goldstein is a global trainer for a major tech company, a Neurodiverse Communications Specialist, and a Roger Love method vocal coach. He trains all employees neurotypical and neurodistinct how each other functions and strategies to communicate.

With deep experience in business and consulting, Tim, helps companies recognize and overcome the challenges to excelling the neurodistinct face. Using his Neuro Cloud™ concept, he explains the Spock-like logical approach common among many autistics. Tim has lectured on his concepts at Cornell, Vanderbilt, major companies and coached privately. Keivan G. Stassun, PhD

Stevenson Professor of Physics & Astronomy and Professor of Computer Science
Director, Frist Center for Autism & Innovation at Vanderbilt

Dr. Stassun is an astrophysicist whose research on stars and exoplanets has been published more than 400 times in academic journals. He also holds two patents – for a data visualization platform and an asteroid mining system – both invented with a team of neurodiverse students. The parent of an autistic teenager, and with the generous endowment support of the Frist family, in 2018 Stassun launched the Frist Center for Autism & Innovation at Vanderbilt, focused on engineering technologies and transforming workplaces, in support of and inspired by neurodiversity.

 

Dave Caudel, PhD

Dr. Dave Caudel is the associate director of the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation at Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee. Diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome in 2009, Caudel is an autism self-advocate, speaking to a variety of organizations, including the U.N. and autism conferences internationally. For much of his life, he struggled to find his place in the world, and has had a number of careers, including videographer, soldier in the U.S. Army, journalist, photojournalist, magazine editor, public affairs specialist, truck salesman, and corporate stints from customer service to loss prevention, just to name a few, before deciding to give, “this college thing a try.” He received his Ph.D. in Physics at Vanderbilt University in 2017. He serves on the advisory committee for the Center for Discovery, Innovation, and Development (CDID) at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Jersey, the Vanderbilt University Diversity Council and the All Access Inclusion Network, and is a founding member of the Vanderbilt Autism and Neurodiversity Alliance. His research interests include gamma spectrometers for astrophysics applications and meaningful employment for adults on the spectrum by finding novel, innovative ways to measure their strengths, talents, and passions, then match those to specialized business needs, as well as determining the programs and training needed to maximize success in the workplace.

 

Tim Vogus

Nationally recognized for his teaching abilities and his research on making health care delivery safer (or reducing medical error), Tim Vogus teaches classes in negotiation and leadership that are among the most popular at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Professor Vogus was named one of the 50 most influential business professors of 2013 and earlier named one of the Top 40 Business School Professors under 40 by PoetsandQuants.com in 2011. He was the recipient of the Owen Graduate School of Management Research Productivity Award in 2013. His teaching has been recognized with the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Health Care Management Division of the Academy of Management in 2019, the James A. Webb Jr. Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2007 and 2013; he was a finalist for the Webb award on 11 other occasions, and a Dean’s Award for Teaching Innovation in 2018. He previously taught Organizational Behavior at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, and in 2002-2003, he received the Gerald and Lillian Dykstra Fellowship for Teaching Excellence.

Professor Vogus' research specifies how to create and sustain highly reliable (i.e., nearly error-free) performance by strengthening safety culture and habituating mindful organizing – a set of behaviors by which collectives detect and correct errors and unexpected events. He is especially interested in these dynamics in health care settings and their effects on care quality, the incidence of medical error, patient experience, and frontline caregiver outcomes.

 

Meghan T. Lee

Dr. Meghan T. Lee earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and both her master’s and Ph.D. from Auburn University. She furthered her education in Neuropsychology through UC Berkeley Extension and Brigham Young University.

Dr. Lee completed her doctoral internship at Utah State Hospital and residency/fellowship at Children’s Neuropsychological Services in Boston, during which time she specialized in pediatric neuropsychology. Throughout her training and career, Dr. Lee has gained comprehensive experience in Neuropsychology across a variety of settings around the U.S., including hospitals (both acute and long-term care), private practices, correctional facilities, and university counseling centers. Although she has specialized in the pediatric population, Dr. Lee has also worked with the adult and geriatric populations across a variety of settings. Deciding to return home to Colorado, she initiated Horizon Neuropsychological Services to help children, youth, and young adults achieve new heights in their development. In sum, Dr. Lee’s breadth of experience throughout her clinical and educational work has led to a wide range of specialties and skills valuable in understanding the complexity of human behavior and development.

 

Nicole Radziwill

Nicole Radziwill is an Advisor to CXOs who want to scale their companies from $10M to $100M. Currently she is Senior VP of Quality & Strategy at Ultranauts, a cognitively diverse professional services firm specializing in quality assurance and quality engineering for software, data science, and digital transformation. Previously, she was VP of the Global Quality Practice at Intelex in Toronto, Ontario. She has 25 years of experience in software, telecom, manufacturing, aerospace/research instrumentation, and food & beverage industries, and spent 9 of those years in higher education as a (tenured) Associate Professor at James Madison University (JMU).
Nicole is also an Academician with the International Academy of Quality (IAQ), a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Certified by ASQ as a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). She was Chair of the ASQ Software Division from 2009 to 2011, a national Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) in 2009, 2010, and 2019, and has a PhD in Technology Management and Quality Systems from Indiana State University. She also has an MBA and a BS degree in Meteorology from Penn State.

Dr. Katrina P. Merlini

Dr. Katrina (“Katie”) P. Merlini is a Senior Researcher of Thought Leadership in the SHRM Research Institute. She holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida Tech. She has served as a Faculty Advisor for Florida Tech’s SHRM student chapter and as the Editor of the HR Florida Review magazine. Prior to SHRM, she was the academic program chair for an Organizational Leadership MA program. She currently teaches graduate-level courses in organizational psychology and leadership for George Mason University and Florida Tech. She has over a decade of experience conducting workplace research in both private and public sectors and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in the areas of organizational leadership, employee motivation, and workplace inclusion.

 

Amanda Kirby

Dr. Amanda Kirby wears several hats as a neurodiversity campaigner, medical doctor, academic, researcher, entrepreneur, and most importantly a parent/grandparent of a neurodivergent family. She is also neurodivergent herself and is passionate about improving the lives of people who are neurodivergent in all settings. She is the CEO of a fast-expanding tech health/ educational and work-based profiling company (www.doitprofiler.com )which has developed an innovative computerized assessment platform for schools, colleges, justice, employability and apprenticeship sectors. It's being used nationally and internationally to help maximize strengths and provide person-centered solutions delivered across organizations. She is an emeritus professor at the University of South Wales and honorary professor at Cardiff University and alumni from Leeds University.
Dr. Kirby is also keen to ensure that individuals in education and the workplace who are neurodivergent can maximize their talents while getting appropriate support. She has championed the government Disability Confident campaign and Do It Profiler was the first company in Wales to become a Disability Confident Leader. She has delivered extensive training and consultancy to help support organizations to implement and embed change.
Dr. Kirby has lectured across the world to more than 100,000 teachers, health professionals, employers and parents. She also is currently a trustee and chair of the ADHD Foundation and patron of the Dyspraxia Association in New Zealand, and Medical Advisor to the Dyspraxia Foundation in the UK. In the past 15 years she has published extensively in the field of Developmental Disorders/Neurodiversity and has 10 books including 2 very practical books on 'How to succeed'-one for Further and Higher Education one for employment for neurodiverse people ( including those with Dyslexia, DCD (Dyspraxia), ADHD, and ASD) to help at home, in education or in work. Her latest book is on Neurodiversity at Work and has won the 2022 Business Book Awards. Dr. Kirby has another book coming out in 2023 about Neurodiversity in Education.

 

Claudia Matteo

Claudia Matteo has been an IBM Project/Program Manager for 24 years in client-facing delivery, finance and operations, and data automation.  She was inducted into the IBM Academy of Technology (AoT), a society of about 600 leading thinkers and problem solvers for her ability to design innovative solutions.  She was awarded the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Northern Virginia Youth Education Champion Award for her mental health contributions as Lead Presenter of Ending the Silence, Family Support Group Facilitator, and Board Member.

While serving as Board Chair of This Is My Brave, she led the production of the “Stories from the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Community Show” and presented “Intersectional Mental Health Stories: The Impact of Black and APIDA Voices” at annual conferences for the Association for Psychological Science (APS) Annual Convention and Arts Schools Network (ASN).  She co-implemented roundtables through Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) to better support abuse survivors and co-presented “Led by Lived Experience: Working Ethically with Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse” at the Virginia Victim Assistance Network (VVAN) Annual Conference.  She also advocates for neuroinclusion through The Cyber Guild and other organizations.

Claudia received the first ever Loudoun County Resilience Award for her contributions in the mental health space.  She collaborates with Inova Action Committee, Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, Loudoun Human Services Network (LHSN), Trauma-Informed Community Network (TICN), Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP) and Unite Us to ensure access to human services to meet holistic needs.  In addition to a BS in Computer Science and Technical Communications and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she is trained in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Mental Health First Aid, No Stigmas Allyship, Sources of Strength, Opioid Overdose and Naloxone Education (OONE), Pathways to Justice for Persons with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Question, Persuade, Refer: Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training, Foundations of Humane Tech, and life coaching.

 

Kassandra Pierre

Kassandra believes in the power of advocacy and disability inclusion. 

She has seen firsthand how active and strategic support can positively impact individuals in need and she recognizes allyship as imperative to unlocking human potential. Kassandra’s experiences working with nonprofit organizations, in education and mental health pushes her to advance the causes of the underserved. 

She is a trained Crisis Interventionist with over 15 years of professional experience providing technical assistance and strategic planning support in the nonprofit, public and private sectors.

Kassandra currently serves as an advisor to the board of the Neurodiversity Affiliate of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), is a Disability:IN NextGen Leaders Program Mentor, and is a member of the Diverse Minds Moment- a Neurodiversity inclusion initiative organized by the Cyber Guild. She is also the owner of VroomTek Consulting and The Hibiscus Health Collaborative, a company she started to provide mental health recovery coaching services to the community.

Kassandra's interests include mental health advocacy, technology, program management and business analysis. She is a certified Scrum Master, a certified Scrum Product Owner and is currently pursuing her PMP.

 

David Beabout

David is a consulting and customer experience leader in the field of cybersecurity and technology services. He has extensive experience in customer advisory board management, leadership coaching and mentoring, and the development of CX strategy and programs. Beabout is also a champion for neurodiversity and has expertise in corporate strategy development and organizational design.

David's primary hobby is as an artistic blacksmith and obtained certified blacksmith status in 2022. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Economics from the University of Akron. He is fluent in English and has social proficiency in Arabic. He holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity as well as customer experience.

In his current role as Leader for Public and Private Partnerships at NTT Inc., David acts as the cybersecurity liaison for NTT Inc. to the United States Government and multiple threat intelligence partnerships. He has also recently served as the global leader and P&L owner for the company's cybersecurity consulting services, which included over 400 staff globally.

Prior to this role, Beabout held various positions at EY (Ernst&Young), Cloudera, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Security, and the United States Army. Throughout his career, he has focused on the growth of people through coaching and tailoring leadership development based on how each person is "wired between the ears". He is widely respected in the industry for his leadership skills and his dedication to his clients and teams.

 

Arianna Schuler Scott

Dr Arianna Schuler Scott is the Senior Associate Director of Virginia Tech’s Integrated Security Education and Research Center, Pamplin College of Business. With academic training from the Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security, University of Oxford, Arianna has led security work in government-funded innovation testbeds and written AI security strategy for a multi-national platform designed to create and test network applications. Arianna serves as the Associate Director for Outreach for the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative and is an Expert Fellow for SPRITE+, keen to promote a realistic view of careers in technology (work/life balance, avoiding burnout and self-advocacy). She has led hackathons, conferences, workshops and the UK’s first cyber policy competition.
